Before you retry

• Keep the tab open if possible; saved drafts will retry after the connection returns.
• For a timed quiz, the server clock continues even if the browser closes.
• Do not repeatedly submit while a request is pending. Reopen the activity and use its resume or retry action.

What to send

Contact your instructor or site administrator with the page, approximate time, course and activity name, and any request ID shown. Never send a password, sign-in code, private key, or session token.

Account access

Penn State learners should use their verified @psu.edu address when possible. Instructor access is separately allow-listed; choosing a role in the browser cannot grant it.
